Blood in urine,what does it mean?

my twin sister has been passing blood in her urine,she was put on antibiotics,but it's no cleared it,recently though she has been having test done because of a lump in her breast (we dont know the results of this yet) now the doctor wants to see her as soon as,has anyone been in this situation,
