Thread: blood in mouth?

during gym today we did this intense running exercise and i pushed myself to hard to get the second best score in class.Anyways i was running and i tasted blood in my mouth...i cant really go to a doctors because we really dont have all that much money right now...so i was just wondering if i should even tell my parents or if this isnt that big of a deal. i need quick answers though because im at the library so thank you for your answers!

if your nose was bleeding(not a lot) it may have been draining into the back of your throat i wouldn't worry unless the problem persists
