Black pimple? not a black head. 10 points?

I have this black pimple. I thought it was a black head and it could be. I squeezed it and black sutff came out just like a pimple. Can black heads have actual stuff that gets squeezed out? If so, why is it black and not white like normal pimples?

Thank you so so so so much!

yes, it's black because it's exposed to air turning the bacteria formed in the pore dark.

ingrown hairs can build up infections, because they want to grow out but the skin is in their way, so they bend and grow backwards, and the relation that may have with the outside of the skin, can cause infection cause of the microbes outside. and the infection is the cause of the look which is like a pimple.

note2: if those signs are at the place of genitals or any oral area, get checked for herpes

note 3:it sounds to me like you have the common black head, which is caused from clogged pores. Clogged pores that become infected are typical blackhead and can be painful. You can buy a cream/ gel containing theese acids- Neostrata, MD Formulations and ASAP all make great ones. I use ASAP, because it works for ME- clears acne and acne scars, prevents and helps with wrinkles, also helps with ingrown hairs-otherwise all you need to do is apply a warm compress to them and pop them, or tweeze them if you can.
