I am 5'8 1/2.. maybe 5'9.
I am around 190 lbs.
I'm supposed to be around 140.
I want to lose this weight ASAP.
Preferably by august of this year.. if not sooner.
I try to do it the right way, I go to the gym occassionally, and some days i eat right.. but then i end up PURGING and then go and binge it afterwards, if I'm lucky.
Sometimes I chicken out.
I hate doing it.
Buttttt, my option for the gym is gone right now.
I will be able to go to the gym in about 3 weeks..
Tell me some things I can do.. or what I HAVE to do to get down to atleast 150 by august.. or sooner.
Could I get down to 150 by may or june?
