I'm 5'0 and 113 lbs.
Is doing Billy Blanks TaeBo cardio video on the week days and Billy Blanks Ab workout on the weekend, a good exercise plan ?
I also have P.E. 5 days a week which is 45 min.
I've been eating healthier as well.

When will I see results ?
I have, not a ton but, to me, a lot of fat on my stomach, so will I lose some of it ?

I know my other question I had wii fit, but that got kinda boring.

Though I still do a little yoga and strength training on it.
