Im about to start intermediate Bill Starr 5X5 Stronglifts Program next week. I am 15, 5'8.5, 148 pounds. i squat 250 and bench about 155. I been lifting for well over a year and playing basketball constantly. With my experience and personal stats, do you think adding a Vertical Jump Bible Intermediate Plyometrics Routine for jumping would be overtraining (only 2 workouts a week, problem is 5X5 is three days of lifting a week)?
