I have a question that might sound stupid, but i have two main workouts at the gym for running and stuff. Either elliptical for 5 1/2 miles for 1,000 calories burned or running a mile for 200 calories burned. Obviously i'm burning way more w/ elliptical , but the running feels like i'm doing way more and losing weight faster

is the elliptical (1k burned a day) wayyyy better to lose weight than to just run everyday 1 mile (200 burned/day)?

If i had to pick one and only one to do each day to lose weight the fastest what would it be? because i know losing weight isn't all about the amount of calories lost


BTW i'm not talking about diet in this i already have a really good diet.
