O.K so I have been doing cardio 6 days a week, for about 30 minutes. I started off walking for a song, then running for a song, etc. Now, I am able to run for about 3 songs, then walk for 30 sec. and then run for 2 songs, walk for 30 sec. and 2 songs again.. (I hope this makes sense). Since I have been able to run for a longer period of time, I am able to finish my running route faster. By the end I am exhausted, but I have finished in about 20 min. which doesn't seem like enough cardio! I have decided to walk my entire route once, hoping that it will bring me up to about 50 min. cardio.

My question is: should I walk my entire route FIRST before running? Or should I run the entire route and then walk? The first is good to warm up the muscles, but for some reason I think i will burn more fat if I walk after?
