alright i will just cut straight to the point and ask which diet is better for FAST weight loss. when i mean fast,i really mean it. the 3 day apple diet or 3 day honey diet?
In case you all don't know the 3 day honey diet, it is something like having 150g of honey(at least 150g and max is 200g) a day, for 3 days. you can drink up till 2 cups of tea a day(green tea,rose tea,etc). no other beverages and food,even water,if you really need to drink water, drink it WITH honey.
both diets claims to have the same weight loss, 7 pounds. so..WHICH IS MORE RELIABLE? pls don't tell me that it isn't unhealthy or i shld try healthy diets instead... i hv tried but failed, or maybe i will try it again after that,but i RLLY need to lose the weight now,before april cos there is a party...
