Ive been goin to the gym for the past few weeks. Im 18,weigh 145. and i want to bulk up,gain muscle,pecks,and a six pack.I go to the gym at least 3x a week. but i have a few questions.
1)i try and drink muscle milk after every workout, but what supplements should i take to bulk up and gain mass without getting to much fat around my abs?

2)I try and stick with an effective routine, but often find myself doin the opposite of what i was wanting to do example(workin on tris instead of bis)

3)What would be a good workout routine on a daily basis? (mon-fri,take the weekend off)

4) Should i take supplements before or after going and what kind of supplements?

5) how long should i stay at the gym?
