Well basically over the last 8 months i lost about 50 lbs of pure fat and now its becoming a lot harder to finish and get tha 6 pack i really want. i'd say im about 15 to 20 lbs of fat from it. I've been drinking a gallon of water each day and trying to eat right. Seems to be working a little bit. I plan on startin up the gym again and playing basketball for 45 minutes then lifting weights for about an hour. Does this sound like it would work after a couple months? Or should i look to maybe change something
