    Best way to lose weight over winter break?

    I'm a 19 year old college student and my winter break is coming up. I'm not as healthy as i want to be and for the last two weeks of school im planning to workout and eat right. the problem is when i go home i wont have any access to a gym. Any tips on the best plan for me? Would like eating and exercise help.

    Just eat less. And try to walk a lot.

    Girl, you don't need a gym. I have never been to a gym and I exercise everyday. All you need to a good space in your house, a mat, some weights, ankle weights, exercise bands, and some good fitness DVDs. I do this everyday and it works the same as a gym.
