a defined 6 or even 8 pack when I go back to school in four weeks. I'm a 17 male and 155 lbs. I've been working out for about a month now and I have good abs but not defined abs like I want. Is there anything I can do to get rid of a little stubborn fat around my stomach? Should I starve myself to help out in defining my stomach? How can I lower my weight to 145? Sorry about all these questions but I really want to impress this year. Oh and I'm 5'9. What's average wieght for male this height?
