    Is it because of low calories?! Why was it so hard to swim after eating...

    ...3500 over 5 days? im on a calorie control diet to lose 40 lbs, im 134lbs and eating 600 cals a day, been on it for 5 days, just gt back from swimming and i found it waaay waaaay harder thn usual, is it cos ive nt eaten much?

    You are in essence, starving yourself. That is really dangerous and can permanently damage your body (your heart especially). You can't expect your body to run on so little, it's unreasonable.
