I know I'm a guy, but my fiance's sister used to work for Clinique and they have this really good bar soap designed for the face that has no smell to it and does not dry out your face. You rub it and and let it sit for a couple minutes while in the shower and it starts feeling cooler after a while. Your face will feel very smooth afterwards and it even helps with blackheads! Cost for a big bar is around $20-25 but I've had mine for over a year now.

Any soap will help - it's the washing & exfoliating twice daily that really does the trick more than what you use (unless you have "real" acne caused by the virus - then medicated soaps help even more).

The point is to cleanse the skin and unstop the pores. That's what helps.
