ive always been right handed so my right arm is much stronger than my left. i started liftweights and i can see that my left arm doesnt have as much power as my right, my whole right side of my body feels stronger than the left. i can even see a difference in one side of my chest mucslce as well as in my arm muscles . Would it be bad to work out my left arm more than my right just so it could gain more strength and not look so differen? and is this a common problem?
