For a sinus infection I would say try to get a hold of Mucinex because that will break up your conjestion. If your doctor prescribes you a pill called Allegra, that helps a lot too.
This should go away as the sinus infection clears up.
Its probably just very irritated and raw from all the nose blowing and tissue rubbing.
If it was something internal you would see it from your mouth or spite.
I recommend trying to leave it alone and lay on your left side so everything drains to that side leaving your right Nostril free to breath and heal.
But im no Doctor... im just very poor and have only been to a doctor like 3 times in my life, I do all my remedies myself and im very healthy.
I should go in just to get a checkup though
Try looking at web MD or something also...
I pretty much haved lived with sinus infections most of my life. I get nose bleeds quite frequently if I blow my nose too hard. The only time you really need to worry about it is if you are unable to control the bleeding and cannot get it to stop. If that happens then you need to get to the hospital as soon as possible. Otherwise just call your Doctor Monday so they are aware of the issue
Rinse your nose with salt water, instead of blowing it. Also, put a humidifier in the room. You just have a sore, dry nose from your infection. If the nosebleed won't stop, rest and put an ice pack on your neck. If it still won't stop, then call your doctor. Nosebleeds are usually no big deal unless you're gushing blood or you have uncontrolled high blood pressure.
i think you should go to the hospital and have it checked out. it could be serious
