Thread: Bad PMS, but no bleeding...?

Last week I had a couple of days where I was majorly short-tempered compared to how I normally am. I've been eating like a horse, my back has been hurting, I'm craving sweets even though I never do except for when I'm about to have my period... I've been anxious, unable to sleep at appropriate times, and I keep getting pelvic/vaginal stabbing pains. I've had those pains for YEARS, but I've never gotten it checked out. I haven't had a "real" period in two months, though I spotted a bit last month. Two months ago I bled for about 8 days and then spotted for a few more. I passed biggish clots, also. A couple of days before my period, I sometimes experience a little bit of rectal bleeding for some reason, which I've also done lately. My sister has had PCOS and endo (and a host of other problems). I often skip periods and sometimes spot for a whole month. I'm not sexually active, so pregnancy is not a possibility. I am not on birth control. Any thoughts of what it could be?
