Hi everyone!
im 18 and im about 5' 8" or so, at 205 lbs
ive always been the bigger kid of the class and i am finally fed up with it. my girlfirend asked me to prom so i want to lose some weight by then because im very self concience
ive been on this diet for a week now and i want to know if its a good way to lose weight.
500-600 calories a day, mostly fruits and vegies
no soda, only water

and exercise for a half hour a day on a tredmil

hows that sound?
