    back trouble, and training??

I just hired a personal trainer and I start in 2 days. But now, I'm noticing that my back feels like it's going to go any day!! and that's sad because I'm only 22. I'm required to do minor heavy lifting at work, and I lift my son up and down all day afterwards. I'm noticing when I bend down, it feels like my back is just about two break in two! I don't want to cancel this training, cuz it cost me 600$!! Any advice on what I can do??

When you do your training, speak with your trainer about your back problem, they will be able to give you some exercises to help strengthen your problem areas, and maybe suggest some other types of treatment available in your area (chiro, physio). I would also be reviewing your lifting techniques at work, because they could well be the cause of the problem.
