Thread: arthiritis at age 14? any advice? ? ? ?

heyy im 14 and i have arthiritis in all of my joints & most muscles. im finding it really hard to do workouts that dont stress my joints alot, do you have any ideas ? ( i dont really care about muscle pain, i can push thru it) plz respond asap! thank you so much
