Thread: anyones whos lost any weight...?

has anyone out there lost a lot of weight and gone from being pretty overweight to having a really nice body?
i think im like around 30lbs overweight, and im finding it difficult because i get sort of hopeless and feel like its time to just accept the fact i will forever be fat. but has anyone out there gone from really overweight to a great figure? please tell me how much you lost and how you did it.

I've always been a size 6 or 8. I had a baby and it took me 2 years to realize I needed more help.
I joined weight watchers. I was embarassed at first, like admitting I was overweight. I had 30 pounds to lose.
I saw that most of the other women in my group were also in their 30's or younger and older. I lost 20 pounds in the first 2 months. I have 10 pounds to go!
You can do it. You really need a support group. My mom joined WW too and has lost over 20 pounds in just 1 month!
