I know it's possible for someone to lose over 100 pounds but my real question is, can i possibly go from say 230+ pounds to 110pounds? could someone who has been so big get literally that small overtime. I am 5'4-female. I was once very skinny (as a child of course) so there is potential for becoming small, but that small (110) which is normal for my height.?

I am already on the path to doing it the healthy way and I am not putting a time limit on it. so no harsh answers please
