I want to loose about 15lbs - most of this weight needs to come from my belly - i believe anyways.
I love biking - walking is ok - i hate running. I've joined a gym and hope to get on the step machine or eliptical about twice a week. My usual sessions whether biking or walking last about 45 -60 minuts. My sessions on the eliptical and step machine are about 30 minutes.
Is biking good enough...i just don't want to run ...and i can only get to the gym 2 nights a week max
