and tired of counting points? I can stay on track for a few months (slip up here and there), but then I just can't stand it anymore. I eat healthy normally because I love vegetables. I really only have another 10 pounds to go. I lost 30 last year on WW, then got burned out. Lost another 10 or so this year, then same burn out. The worst thing about the counting is I cook supper every night for my husband, so I have to put all those recipes in!

I gained the weight from a year on steroids so its not that I'm looking for an easy weight loss. Steroid weight is just so stubborn. All my pants clothes are one size smaller than I am now! I run anywhere from 6-12 miles a week and do alot of physical work, so exercise is not an issue.

How do you guys get the motivation to just keep on counting?
