I am 16. I am pretty cocky/arrogant, but that is always because I never get the credit I deserve. I could beat somebody 10 times in a row at something, yet people will still say that the other person is better than me. I am small for my age (5'5, about 120), so I do have many disadvantages when I play sports. Does anyone have any tips to improve my growth? Both weight-wise, and height-wise?
