Hi! Ok I was wondering if this is too much?

Morning: 100 crunches
Lunch break: walk the lake around the office (about amile) 2 times
Afterwork: 600 crunches
Walk for thirty minutes
35 lunges
25 squats

600 crunches

*however, I feel like if after im done I still have time before im too tired and why waste time laying on the couch watching tv when I can workout while doing. (so I end up working out for 3 or 4 hours with crunches and stretches and squats)
