Before you start cussing me, telling me you can't do that- because yes I can- or telling me how unhealthy it is blah blah blah.
It's called an addiction I have had for years- off and on because of rehabs, BUT I want to lose 10lbs in 7 days.
You CAN do it- don't say you can't. YES I am aware it is dangerous and unhealthy but obviously I DON'T CARE!

Now if you are anorexic, that is sad but makes me smile.
I hurt my foot so I can't exercise really- but I am going to go on a fast. Which hey! Guess what? THAT IS ACTUALLY HEALTHY!!! But I can't exercise- I can't remember, so will I be able to burn that 10 pounds in the week that I need to burn it off?
I mean the most I can do is 2 hours probably like 2 of the days or so, in concern of my hurt foot.

However, I can just walk around town for a good while. <3
But do you think I can? What is some things that I can do without my feet to help?
