I'm 15. I have anxiety attacks and they have been getting worse and more frequent. They used to bed triggered by stuff, but now sometimes i have them for no reason. example: i was in the car with my buddy and his cousin, and out of nowhere, i started to have an anxiety attack. i tried to stay chill on the outside so they wouldn't know. They didn't, thankfully. I realize i should probly be taking something for them, but the idea of taking meds that affect my head scares me. Is there anything else i can do to help with them besides taking medication? Answers are greatly appreciated.
