im not sure.... but when im stressed i dont eat, and when im stressed i jog... a lot.
jogging makes me happy, i do admit to having a small addiction to it. i aslo drink a lot of coffee.
but the thing is.... im not trying to lose weight, the combination of jogging + not eating = weight loss.
i am by no means fat. and i wouldnt mind if i gained weight at all. i used to be overweight but lost 30 pounds within a year.

but like i said i dont like to eat when im stressed because of the loss of appetite -
