I'm fourteen and im 5ft 2inch. Most of my mates are like 5ft 5-5ft 8 and i feel really small next to them.

You are just on the petite side. There are plenty of girls your age who are around your height, not to worry. I'm 5'4" and a half and Im 18. My friend who is the same age as me is 5'0".
