my measurements: 15 yrs, 5' - 5'1", 102.4 lbs (as of now)

im normally 96 pounds (98 at most) and i did snack a lot during winter break. but i also exercised more than i used to. why did i gain 6 pounds? it might not be a big deal to some of you but being over 100 pounds to me is horrifying. i weighed myself this morning and i was at 99.2 pounds. how did i gain 3.2 pounds in one day? i don't believe i ate 10,500 calories in one day. and i don't drink bottles and bottles of water so i don't think it's water weight.

should i be weighing myself 3 times a day? seeing the number go up is depressing for me, especially when i have school tomorrow and all the chores i have to do.
