Thread: Am I Paranoid, Anxious, and Nervous?

-I feel scared all the time, I just don't get it.

-I always have 2 lumps in the side of my neck that make me feel nausus
-Im afraid to stare into other peoples eye/face when they're talking to me, I know its disrespecful, but I cant help it.
-Veryveryveryvery Shy.
-Always looking around nervously like someones after me.

Almost twitchy. Whats wrong with me?

(Also, theres not much caffine in my diet, except on weekends when I usually just have a soda when I go out to eat with the family.)

General Anxiety Disorder. Sounds like the typical symptoms, see your family doctor, they can help, there are such medicines like paxel and lexapro to help people that are anxious.
