Day 1: Biceps, back and shoulders
Day 2: Triceps, chest, abs and a little legs
Day 3: Biceps, back and shoulders
Day 4: Triceps. chest, abs, a little legs
Day 5: same as day 1
Day 6: same as day 2
Day 7: rest


Is this enough rest for each muscle group?
I take protein an hour before working out, and SAN Fierce (or NO Shotgun) 30 minutes before, and then protein again after.
