I'm just over 5 feet tall & I weigh around 120 lbs. I recently got myperiod & now I feel like a fat@$$. I feel like I'm gaining back all the weight I lost, but I didn't even quit my diet. I'm eating 1200 calories per day, drinking 3 cups of green tea per day, drinking lots of water, avoiding foods that have more than 3 grams of fat & doing interval training! I mean, I only lost like 15 lbs! It's sooo hard. It's just not fair- alla this work & I still feel fat. I just wanna be more confident in my own body.
