Hey well i am a 15 year old male and i am 5ft 11 and 9st 2lbs i have been eating 1000 calories for the last 5months and that has made me loose 2 stone. But now i can't eat more than 1000 calories because i think i am going to put on weight. Yesterday i binged ate and had takeaway and chocolate about 3000 calories and i put on 1lb. I think i have man boobs because i can grab fat in that area and when i sit down i can grab fat on my belly aswell... IS THIS NORMAL ??? or am i just as i think "FAT AND NEED TO EXERCISE!"
