So, I have been on a diet for about two months now. In the first month I lost about 10lbs but I have only lost about 4lbs since then. My question is that I only eat between 600-1000 calories a day, I don't starve myself or anything I just eat really low cal food. But I have heard that eating this little is actually detrimental for weight loss. Could this be why I find it so hard to lose weight now? How much should I be eating if I want to sustain my weight loss?

I also work out for about an hour a day. I have tried changing up my workout to lose more weight but I don't have the energy to do more than an hour!

Also, I don't eat carbs... should I be eating carbs?
