Thread: Am i depressed?

Im very unhappy, the only person i can count on lives 180miles away and cant be with me physically, my stepdad makes my life hell, i dont feel like i fit in anywhere, i selfharm and have done for a few years, but i cant seem to stop? its like a habit for me now.

yes you are, my friend used to self harm, you need help, go and talk to your doctor who can refer you to a councilor, you have obviously got some underlying issues which wont go away on their own.
