Thread: Am I Addicted To Cigaretes ?

hello,
so wed i tired like 4 puffs a of a ciggerette,
& i thought it was pretty cool, i only inhaled like twice.
then today, i took one of my moms & had like another 5 puffs & only inhaled like 2.
i dont wanna smoke,

is there ways i can stop thinking about it.
& how long does it take till your longs clear up from the blackness of the cigatette.

I did the same thing i was like, i love ciggettes. Then i just did what i did normaly and its like. Wow Cigs suck

If you stop right now, it will clear up in no time. Don't worry. My uncle used to smoke for two years, and his lungs started to hurt, so he automatically quit. Now he's doing just fine and is perfectly healthy. Just stay away from it and go distract yourself with food. Try not to hang around people who smoke too much because it'll make you want to smoke. Tell your mom to hide the cigarettes from you so that you don't have any access to them. If you stop now, your addiction will go away soon enough.
