Always Having a Head Ache and it makes my neck hurt as well?

there is not a day goes by that i dont get a real bad head ache. Its hurts so bad that my neck feels real tight. It gets hard to move my neck somtimes. What could be wrong. Why would i constently have head aches. My mom said Alergys but this is an all year around thing not just once a year.

Are you working with your head down? Could be putting pressure on the back of your neck.On a computer? Should be on eye level,if straining then can cause headaches.Back posture needs to be straight or else it strains the neck causing the headaches.
Do you suffer from nasal or adenoid probs? Could be that.Good Luck finding a cure.
