well i had tendonitis a couple months ago..(i was in need of orthodics) so i stopped ALL excercise for a month, gave it time to rest and heal and i THINK it's gone. since my insurance covers i got an MRI which indicated a slight puffiness in the muscle connecting the tendon and the bone (heel) but my DR doesn't know anything, he thinks i can train for the marathon now. Do you agree? Do you know anything about this case? I also want to start swimming as part of my training again. i'm just afraid to trigger something unnecesarily.
