I have been on a diet and exercise plan since mid December and I have lost 10 kilos (started at 108 and my goal is 80kg). Everyday I eat all bran with honey, cinamon, and no fat milk. lunch I have a salad with yogurt and dinner i have kimuchi (veggies) with tofu (sometimes I might add some chicken) or salmon with veggies. I eat this everyday like clock work. If I add extra (bad) calories then I add more time to my workout.

I was wondering if the bran was too many carbs for me? And/Or if swiching to eggs with veggies everyother day would mess up my diet?
