I have been keeping track of my drinking because I am currently on a 90 day exercise and meal plan. Over the past 30 days I have drunk alcohol on 13 of those days. I have anywhere from 3 - 6 or 7 drinks on one occasion.
Does this seem excessive?
Once I looked back over the 30 days I thought it seemed like a lot.
I am 43 and want to lose about 10 more pounds.

I am thinking that the alcohol may be hindering my results.
