I have milk & some biscuits in morning then do yoga for 45 min & then go for jogging.Today was my 2nd day of jogging.I do jog for only 20 min & in between there is walking intervals. While jogging eyes becomes little watery & cant breathe properly. When i come home i get cough immediately, itching throat (feel like there is dust inside),feel like vomiting & it last for an hr after that its ok.

So pls suggest me what is that.
