Everytime i take Advil, my orgasm seems to be stronger...anyone else experience this or know why this is true?

I sure don't. Why don't you go online and investigate some of the ingredients in Advil.
I do know that aspirin is a blood thinner...and when taken, can cause a firmer erection.....
But I'm not telling you to do that...........as I am not a sex doctor.

You are not crazy. I have noticed the same and have told my partner.
Ibuprofen the ingredient in advil is an anti-inflammatory.
The best I can figure is that it also relaxes the blood vessels some.
