Often when I work out my ankles or hip joints ache. Like if I swim and do a lot of kicking, my ankles will start to hurt quite a bit. Same if I'm using weight machines and have to use my hip joints, they'll make a crackle and it will hurt. Other than that, they never hurt. Not when I walk or anything like that. Its not an intense pain, but its a nuisance. Anyone had anything of the sort? (I definitely do not lack calcium and no other vitamins or minerals that I know of and I have a healthy diet and I exercise several times a week)
