- Swimming from 7 - 8:40 AM (everyday)
- Walk home from 8:45 - 9:15 AM (everyday)
- Bike to high school 1:40 - 2 PM (mon/wed)
- High school soccer practice 2 - 4 PM (mon/wed)
- Bike home 4 - 4:25 PM (mon/wed)
- Team soccer practice from 6 - 8 PM (tues/thurs)
- Swim team weight room training 7 - 9 (sat)
- Soccer practice scrimmage 10 - 12 (sat)

im extremely exhausted all the time. im sore everywhere. i feel like im on the brink of collapsing on the side of the road. i sleep 8 hours a day and i eat about 1800 - 2000 calories a day. oh yeah, im 14 years old, 5'6.5" and 120 pounds.

please tell me what my diet should consist of and how to not be so tired and sore all the time!

And i cant eat breakfast before swimming and walking home because itll just make me feel sick when i swim.
