i have been having abdominal noises for a year now. and these past 2 days have been pretty bad. i eat something and almost everytime i eat i get them, no matter if it is healthy food or beans, whatever. i am currently trying aloe vera and peppermint tea to see if that helps, not enough time has passed to see if they are having a positve effect... would colon clensing possibly help with the noises? i am thinking of trying. if so, which one is best? i am 16 and this is very embarassing problem to have during school.. i atleast want to make it through these last two months without much trouble. i have had emotional problems and i am a nervous person (comes down from my mom) and after i worked to recover my emotional problems that have reached its peak this year is when my problem started.
