I just woke up this morning and there was blood all over my panties, so i told my mum and she gave me thick pad because my flow seemed to br quite heavy, but the thing is it's my birthday tomorrow and i'm having a swimming party and it's my first cycle and i don't want to wear a tampon what should i do, i'm also experiencing really painful cramp (period pains) HELP ME PLEASE I will be so grateful with nice answers.
