...past few days. Sciatica? Need relief Also I've been sick and depressed lately and have mostly jusy laid around for the last few years.. Long story. I do what I can when I can but now I have this new th8ing going on. Heating pad seems to help but I have to fly cross country tomorrow and sitting makes it UNBEARABLE! What should I use for the plane ride and should I see a dr for some type of meds?
